A guest profile can be deleted by clicking Delete in the function bar. In addition, the setting in the field Delete (tab Master data, expander Additional information) determines whether the profile will be deleted or not when running the database clearance program.
A guest profile can be only be deleted under the following circumstances:
• The guest does not hold any future reservation.
• The guest is not assigned as account holder to any account.
• The guest does not have any open city ledgers.
• There are no future activities or appointments for the guest.
• The guest is not a family member of another guest profile or contact person of a company profile.
• Previous activities and appointments are far enough in the past.
All activities and appointments in the past must have reached a certain maturity in order for the guest profile to be deleted. This is defined with registry key [29848] Minimum age (in days) of all activities to be able to delete a guest.
