Functions that are repeated frequently can be entered as a series as follows:
Ø Open the tab Event.
Ø Click Copy in the function pane.
SIHOT opens a dialog box to specify the copying process.
Ø Enter a cycle in which the reservation repeats itself.
Ø Enter the starting date of the last event in this series.
Ø Select the Mode Serial element.
Ø If the reservations are linked to accommodation bookings, these can be copied as well. Select the respective option.
Ø Click Copy.
SIHOT creates a new reservation for each serial element, taking over the same function rooms, equipment and services.

NOTE:
When cancelling on of the series’
reservations, a query will check if the entire series is to be cancelled or the
respective reservation only.
Serial events are marked with the Copy-icon 
in the tree, however, this changes once
the event is activated.
