The optional module SIHOT.CRM must be serialised to be able to work with a loyalty scheme.
Points will be rewarded only for reservations with packages that are configured for this, i.e. the field Card revenue in the master file (Tab Master data, expander Package data) is set to Package. The field Processing is important regarding the distribution of points.
Also, select the applicable method for awarding points in registry key Loyalty system [903399]. Choose between One loyalty point per night and One loyalty point per night, adults only. The later will generate points only for person types that are counted as adults according to their definition in the menu Master files - Configuration.
