The tab Comments contains important information regarding the guest. The comments are displayed in different layouts.
Comments in the expanders Check-in and Check-out will pop-up upon check-in or check-out only.
NOTE
For the check-in comment to be
displayed at check-in, registry key [5580] must be enabled.

Ø To add a comment, click Add 
next to the respective comment
type.
SIHOT opens a dialog box to enter the comment.
Ø Enter the comment and click 
next to the entry-field in
order to add the following details to add the current date and time as well as
your user name.
Ø Click Add to close the dialog box.
Ø Click Modify in the function pane to save the comment.
