Services can be entered in relation to the room category (column category), meaning:
•A components can be included in certain categories only.
•A components can be given different prices according to the category.
•A component can be assigned different housekeeping and posting rhythms in different categories.

By default, any category-related elements on the component list are charged as per the category occupied by the guest.
However, to ensure that the distribution of revenue is not distorted when upgrading guests free of charge (for example, due to non-availability of rooms in the reserved category), enable registry key Component list as per rate category instead of room category [840018]. This also ensures that upgraded guests do not avail of any extra services offered only to guests who are actually paying a higher rate for this category.
