Cancel planned room move

In some cases you may have to cancel a planned room move, because the guest wants to stay in the room or move to yet another room.

You can cancel a room move in different layouts:

Layout	Procedure
Room rack	Ø Click the reservation of the currently occupied room in the room rack. Ø Click Cancel room move in the function pane.
Room moves layout	Ø Enter the date of the planned move. Ø Click the Search in the function pane. Ø Highlight the respective line in the listbox search results. Ø Click Cancel room move in the function pane.
