Only guests with a valid loyalty card in their guest profile be awarded any points.
A loyalty card may also be added in the rooming list (expander Edit data). However, the points will be credited to this particular guest, who may not necessarily be the cardholder. Also, the card data in the rooming list is not taken over the guest profile automatically. If applicable, enter the card in the guest profile as well.
NOTE:
Ensure that the card holder is also
the room holder
or account holder in the rooming list. Only then will the guest be awarded the
points for the stay.
A “room holder” is the first person in the room on the rooming list. This person will also become the account holder upon check-in - unless each sharer has their own account.
If the card holder is not in the top line of the room and is also not the account holder, they will not receive any points.

The account holder will also receive points in the event the accommodation is charged to the client account and not the guest account.
