To avoid duplicate guest profiles, SIHOT checks the names entered in the rooming list for duplicates. A number of parameters must be entered in the expander Edit data for the internal checking process to start. The following fields are checked for matches:
•Last name + street + city
•Last name + document type + document number
•Last name + Email
To prevent the creation of duplicates, guest profiles with matching field entries are displayed in a dialog box after clicking Modify.
