The field Available from is used if the hotel is adding new rooms, for example. As of the date entered here, the room is included in the hotel’s availability and can therefore be sold already.
The field Available until can, for example, be used for rooms that will be shut down. As of this date, the room will be out-of-inventory, i.e. it will not be included in the availabilty anymore or in the statics.
