Arrival/departures/in house list

This list is a combined report of arrivals and/or departures and/or in-house guests.

The list is called up in the menu Reports – Occupancy reports.

With options such as Amenities, you can print very specific reports. For example, in the Extended selection area, you can specify all amenities that your housekeeping department has to place in the room and print a list accordingly.

Figure 6: Guests with selected amenities

However, if you call up this list with multiple options, for example, VIPs, Complimentary and Amenities, the list will only show guests to which all three apply, i.g. guests with a VIP-flag and guest type 5A and at least one amenity.

If you are calling up the report a date in the future, tick the flag Include bookings, as otherwise the report will include only in-house and departing guests who are checked in at the time you’re calling up the report.

A summary is provided at the end of the report. There are two separate figures for the rooms:

1.    Rooms:

In this figure, a suite consisting of two or more rooms (according to the definition in Category management – suites) is counted as only one room or unit.

2.    Rooms actual:

This figure includes each of the individual suite rooms.

Options:

VIPs

This option lists only guests with a VIP status

Complimentary

This option lists only those guests, who are entered with guest type 5A complimentary or equivalent children guest types.

Ignore arrivals already checked-in

(Arrivals only) This option lists only those guests who are still due to arrive on the day. Otherwise the list will also show the guests who have already arrived on the day.

This option also lists the virtual categories.

Specific guest types

Use this option to select specific guest types in the Extended selection pane.

Room list

Use this option to print one name per room, regardless of how many other persons are sharing the room. The column Pax, however, still shows the correct number of guests in the room.

If this option is not selected, the report will list each of the sharers.

Process history (only in-house and checked-out guests)

This option disregards any reservations and the option ignore arrivals already checked-in will be disabled; i.e. the list shows only that have already checked in at the time of calling up the list.

Arrivals

Use this option to print a list of arrivals only.

Departures

Use this option to print a list of departures only.

Guests in house

Use this option to print a list of in-house guests only.

Use this option to add the booked meals to the report.

Amenities

Use this option to print a list of guests with amenities only. You can also select specific amenities in the Extended selection pane.

Include bookings

This option includes guests who are holding reservations but are not yet checked-in.  If this option is not selected, the report will list only guests who are checked-in at the present moment.

Without fix services

Use this option to optimise the running time of the report. Instead of the package, SIHOT will list the reservation number only.

WebPreCheckIn

Use this option print a list of guests who have checked-in via internet (for example using the guest app SIHOT.Go!).

Show rates only for selected period

By default, the report shows the room rates for the entire period of the guests’ stay. Use this option to show the rates for the selected day or period only.
