Allotments/Group Blocks

The display of the allotment rack was improved for allotments starting in the future: the rack does not open with the current hotel date anymore, but on the date the allotment actually begins.

You can now enter fallback and shared allotments in the guest profile tab Blocks.

Use the new registry-key [6172] to configure the types of allotments and/or group blocks to be available for selection when setting up a new allotment or group block. If left blank, all types will be available.

A new registry key [815113] was implemented. This key ensures that rooms which fall into the already released period (e.g. manual adjustment of the scope or by way of cancelled reservations), are also released.

In the allotment rack, you can now extend an existing allotment by entering a scope of rooms directly following the existing scope, for example, to enable guests to extend their stay. The contract period is adjusted automatically to reflect the dates of the extra rooms.

You can now move an allotment by changing the contract period. The following points should be noted in this context:

Due to technical reasons, a new contract number is generated every time you move an allotment.

If there are already reservations during the original period, these will not be changed. The scope of the original contract number is reduced to the number of the existing reservations. In the new contract, the scope will encompass the original number of contracted rooms (without subtracting the existing reservations).

The external IDs are taken over in the allotment with the new contract number.

In the Allotment/group block search, you can now adjust the columns as required by using the listbox configuration function.

If registry-key Automatically reduce allotment/group block if reservation is cancelled [5810] is enabled, you can also enable the new registry key [41561] which ensures that the number of rooms according to contract is never undercut by cancellations.
