Additional information

This expander contains important details that enable the hotel staff to allocate suitable rooms for the guests. The floor numbers and the features 1-3, as well as the location of the room can be used to search for specific rooms in accordance with the guests’ needs. In the rooms-to-clean report, the field Floor is important for the order in which rooms are listed and is also a printing-option here.

If your hotel consists of several buildings, select the name of building in which room is located. This field can be used in the filter of the room rack to reduce the number of rooms shown on the screen.

The sequence of rooms in the room rack is generally based on ascending room numbers. You can override this order in the field Sequence room rack.

The field Room flags provides several processing options for specific purposes.

If interfaced with a key card system, an ID-number for the room may be required.

The data entered in this tab is also shown in the tooltipp Additional information that you can call up with the Info-button  next to the room number in different places throughout the programm.
