Use the field History update to determine which guest profiles are to be updated. This setting can be overwritten in individual profiles if required.
The Person type entered here, will be taken as a default when generating a guest profile from a rooming list entry upon check-in, provided there is no person type entered in the reservation and the client’s profile also does not have a person type assigned.
The field Days city ledger balance defines the standard number of days after which a city ledger should be booked out. This field is informative only, the program Write-off city ledgers must be started according to hotel policy.
The field Clear data base defines the standard number of days after which the data base should be cleared. This field is informative only; the program Clear data base must be started according to hotel policy.
