search to select the client. Ø Open the tab Add.
Ø Open the expander Agent/Tour Operator.
By default, all tour operators entered in the system will be listed here.
Ø Tick All tour operators or highlight individual
tour operators in the listbox. If a client has a different guest type (agency,
company etc.) and is not listed here, click Add next to the listbox and use the guest
search to select the client.
Ø In the remaining expanders, highlight the applicable package code(s), rate scheme(s), rate categories and the hotel (in MPE-Installations).
Ø Click Create offers in the function bar for the offers to become effective. You can see all offers listed in the tab Scope.
