Accommodation plan

Just like the room rack, the accommodation plan is a helpful all-round tool for Front Office and Housekeeping with direct access to a lot of information and many functions.

The accommodation plan is called up in the menu Housekeeping.

Ø To call up a selection of rooms, enter the room number, several room numbers separated by comma (e.g. 110,111 – no space in-between) or an area of rooms (e.g. 110:120).

Ø Open the tab with the extended search options  to search for rooms according to feature 1 and/or feature 2 as well as their number of beds and/or extra bed categories.

The tab Rooms shows illustrations and comments of the room’s master file.

The tab Guest is equivalent to the expander Edit data in the reservation’s rooming list.

The tab Floor plan shows the room’s location on the floor. For further information on the room plan see section Master files – Room master file.

The following functions can be carried out in the accommodation plan:

    Edit guest data

    Print registration cards

    Open the reservation

    Open the guest profile

    Open the room master file

    Call up the key card dialog box
