[29153] Method for occupancy calculation

The occupancy figure of a hotel can be calculated with to different formulas. In most hotels, the policy states that OOO-rooms are counted as “occupied”, in other hotels, they are considered “available”. Select one of these formulas by entering the letter A, B or C respectively:

    A: 100 * ( sold + OOO ) / total

    B: 100 * sold / total

    C: 100 * sold / ( total - OOO)

If the key is blank, formula A applies.

This formula is important for the figures displayed in the category rack, the house status, the GM’s info and statistics such as the Yearly overview available/occupied.
